These Goods Order Terms and Conditions regulates the purchase of products from Arc Project Toybox. By making a purchase on our website, you as a “customer” agree to these terms.

1. Ordering Process
   1) Pre Order Goods : Pre Order goods will be processed according to the estimate stated in the product description. contact us via e-mail for more information to find out the process of your pre-order item.
   2) Ready Stock Goods : You can simply select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
   3) Payment Method : We only accept payments via PayPal or credit card.
   4) Order Confirmation : After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please make sure the information you entered is correct to avoid any errors.

2. Without Account :
   1) Ordering Without an Account: You can place an order without creating an account on our website. The information you provide will only be used to process the order and shipping. we will send delivery information to your email address.
   2) Benefits of Creating an Account: While not required, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save shipping information, and make future purchases easier.

3. Shipping Information : 
   1) Please make sure the address you enter is accurate and complete.
   2) Delivery of Ready Stock Goods will be made within 5 days on weekdays.
   3) Delivery of Pre Order items will be made within 5 days on working days after the order is complete and ready to be shipped.
   4) We deliver goods on weekdays, Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
   5) The shipping costs shown are the shipping costs that have been set for each category of goods.
   
   
4. Cancellation
   1) Order Cancellation can be done maximum 1×24 hours after you have successfully made an order.
   2) If you cancel your order after payment has been made, all PayPal transaction fees will be borne by the buyer.
   3) Items that are already in the shipping process CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
